  • 2021 FDA CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY

    The Food and Drugs Authority is mandated by Parts 6, 7 & 8 of the Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851) to regulate food, allopathic and veterinary medicine, cosmetics, household chemical substances, herbal medicines, medical devices, clinical trials as well as the control of tobacco and substances of abuse in Ghana.

    As part of our quest to improve services rendered to our customers, the FDA is conducting this survey to ascertain the level of satisfaction among our customers. You have been selected to participate in this survey as a customer (client and/or consumer) of the FDA. The information from this survey will be used to improve FDA's service delivery to you. It will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete this survey. You may discontinue this survey at any point if you so desire without giving any reasons.

    The biodata collected as part of the survey will be used in line with the regulations of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843); they will be kept confidential and used only to analyze the responses provided to enable us to meet your peculiar needs.
